madden 24 mobile season mode

is everyones season game modes locked again? i played all required games to unlock my madden so i can play random generated games now it dont? is this normal and something everyone else is playing and starting over or is this a error. Also i have journey progress set back like i never played and also cant play opponents if this isnt a issue then i wont care but i noticed it during a game update.
