If you're still not able to locate it, please contact our Support team via in-game by going to Settings>Help and submit a missing items claim.
An EA Advisor will be able to verify completion of the event and see where that Manor Key went. If it's missing, they'll gladly get it added to your account for you.
If you go to items> the key you earned is called the "MF Key" or at least mine is.
What you posted is a MM KeyThat’s not it I have that as well but I can’t get the manor key
