Madden Manor Key Disappeared

My madden manor key disappeared i have compleated the mission to get it but i didnt get it. Helppppp EA_Blueberry: Edited post title to match issue being reported

The key wasn’t there to complete it

    If you're still not able to locate it, please contact our Support team via in-game by going to Settings>Help and submit a missing items claim. 

    An EA Advisor will be able to verify completion of the event and see where that Manor Key went. If it's missing, they'll gladly get it added to your account for you.
