madden max stats are NOT all 99

Scout any team. Click/compare your 105 QB (I have 105 Russel Wilson). He has an 86 throwing accuracy? My 105 Emmit Smith has a 10 for throwing accuracy. Many members in my league have 105 QBs with 86 throwing accuracy. Looks like THROWING ACCURACY was never maxed. I wonder if other stats were missed as well? Just re-read the madden max info and it says ALL STATS to 99! I wondered why every now and again the pass was horribly inaccurate.
