Madden Mobile 18 Weekend Tournament Drive Expired and I can't start a new one

Been a glitch since the beginning. Some people say they can fix the issue by backing out, entering a live event, then going back into the tournament. That’s never worked for me. I’ve actually had it happen maybe 10 times, only one of which it fixed itself before the timer actually expired.

EA knows about it and doesn’t really care. Their hands are out horizontal to take your cash, then their hand is out vertical to say “talk to the hand”.
