Madden Mobile 21 Master Series Bugs

I have an Ipad,I just finished stage 9 all I need to do is unlock the prize.  It says I have no keys.  There's been keys in almost every stage, I've actively been collecting.  But it shows zero keys.  Now I have to grind the one option ten times to open the box.  400 stamina to open a box that I've been collecting keys for for two days.  Not to mention the 50 times it's shut down and I had to restart.  Sooo frustrating.
