Are you getting this error? If so, please let us know what type of device you play on and confirm whether all of these steps in the article below pertaining to your device does not fix it. How long have you been getting this before and have you recently switched devices or hardware/routers in your household?

Are you having trouble connecting to Madden Mobile 21? That game has officially sunset (closed down).
