Madden Mobile 22 cash disappeared

In the last two weeks, I’ve had Madden Mobile cash disappear from my account twice! 1000 last week and 400 today. I’ve called EA tech support and submitted a case. Both were an absolute waste of my time. Is my account getting hacked or is this a bug in the game? Both have happened once I’ve taken 1st place on Daily Arena Tier VI. Almost like the game is penalizing me. Any ideas?
