Madden Mobile 23

So when I get on Madden Mobile 23 the game turns on then the screen turns black. I've delt with this in MM21 and a community manager helped me with it and it stopped until now. I've restarted my phone, the app, deleted the app and deleted cache. I wish it would work cuz most feared came out and it's really fun. Can someone help?
