Madden Mobile 24 Crashing

I’m using an iPhone 15 with the latest iOS version installed. The last two weeks or so, Madden Mobile keeps crashing at the beginning of games. 
When I go into Competition > Unlimited or Leagues > Championships, the games will load dependencies and start. After receiving the kickoff, I choose an offensive play, and as soon as a I hike the ball, the app crashes. 
It automatically forfeits the Competition game, and in Leagues, you lose your turn and get a 0 for the drive. 
it will also crash randomly right after finding a match in the Competition area. 

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and rebooting my iPhone. Nothing seems to help and it continues to randomly crash.

    Update: event uniforms are crashing UF event. Unequip and challenges will stop crashing. Any challenges with “resume” will still crash however so wait until reset for those

    Hello @SouthpawSteven, I'm so sorry this has happened to you! I don't think you are the only person to have this issue.
    Have you got enough storage on your phone to run the game properly? This seems to be the main cause of the problem : people not having enough storage to run games fully without them crashing.
    If you don't have enough storage ( or not much left! ), then try clearing it a bit. Then uninstall the game and install again.

    I have 64GB available. I’d hope that’s plenty. 
    Thanks for replying though, I appreciate it. :-) Hopefully more people will reply so EA can address it.

    @SouthpawSteven, of course, anytime! Upon further research, 8GB is required to run Madden Mobile. I'm not entirely sure if 64GB is plenty or not, to be honest. I really hope this helps tho, and that someone else can think of a better solution 🙂 Hopefully your problem will be resolved soon! I'm so sorry that I couldn't help, nice assisting you xx

    I also am having this problem. When opening a variety of game types: League, Core, Competitive, etc. Very frustrating.

    @SouthpawSteven I’ve been having the same problem when trying to do the competive or the artic blitz journey I was playing the game just fine earlier but now it will just crash and it’s getting annoying cuz I just reached a high enough ovr to get the 123 maxx crosby

    Has anyone found a fix for this?

    I lowered the gameplay settings in game to “very low” and I thought that it had fixed it but I guess it was coincidental because it’s back crashing every time I try to load event challenge ultimate freeze.


    It started doing this a couple a days ago then it worked yesterday randomly. Now it’s back to crashing, the only difference is now it crashing at 99% loaded and it was crashing upon selecting a play in challenge. Also completive area live doesn’t crash like it did before. Not sure what’s going on with this game.

    On iOS 17.2.1 iPhone 14 Plus pro with 200 GBs free storage. I have deleted and redownloaded app many times and shut off phone, and cleared safari history/cookies. I’m not trying to factory reset my phone to solve this so please fix this BS @EA

    @SeaEagleJet I'll try disable everything and using all original stock uniforms, nameplates, etc. and see if that resolves all of these crashing issues. Thanks for the update.
