Madden mobile 25 keep crashing!

No matter what you do,you can do all the trouble shooter,reset restart,uninstall-reinstall,delete big apps clear the data nothing seems to work😡it's going on 2 weeks since the game was launch WOW what a going out party for a player who been in the game since 2016!but that not the only bad situation it's worse when the game developers doesn't reply and give you an insight on what's going on my phone is compatible I can load the game but as soon as I get in the game it crashes is very annoying frustrated specially when you're not getting no help or no info on what's going on or if they're working on the game!😡😢😭😡
