Madden mobile 25 upgrading season 3

There’s a major problem with upgrading your team on madden mobile. There’s no rewards given for upgrading at level 3 or 5 like there should be. When you upgrade your team now the over drops by 35 to 50 points currently.

This s the 2nd event this ( season or year ) that has been a huge failure. Please fix this junk.

I’m having the same issue,contacted ea and what a pain in the * that is. In the past you could leave a message for a call back but no longer. What a joke!
