Device is a couple years old so I already have it set to low. It’s quite random, one play full speed next slow mo.
As far as promos go, the fact another forum is required to aid in figuring it out, is the issue. They used to be pretty straight forward and could look at it and figure it out. I’ve been playing mm for quite a number of years, so I’m not new to the game and confused by how it is set up. I’ll give you an example. The current pro bowl promo, I play the first of the string of 3 on afc, but for some reason it doesn’t unlock the 2nd one that says to unlock the 1st needs to be played? So now wth do I do? Is this a glitch or am I missing something. I play all the open events on the board and nothing unlocks. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
The CR set doesn’t give any way to get trenches tokens, so I can’t finish anymore of the trenches sets or work on masters. They pop up in CR points rewards, but by the time they pop up I can’t look at the CR promo to see what I need, so unless I get lucky and pick correct player my tokens will be a waste because I can’t trade them for other tokens.
Having multiple promos that run together gets confusing as well. It is just getting too complicated for what it needs to be. Guys just want to get on and grind out a promo and not need to do a bunch of thinking. There is more currency than I can keep up with. I need to play multiple modes search around in different sets to figure out what I need to do just to evo a player. I play this game to not have to think too much and have fun.
I’m not sure how well the yard has been for you, but for me and all my league, none play it, it’s not fun at all. I can’t even call my own plays and it’s not really football. Lvl, arena and overdrive should be the focus.
Draft is something you guys should focus on big time, for something new and fresh. I find myself drafting during the draft tourney and not playing the tourney because rewards not worth my time. Many others do this as well.
This game is losing its core focus and it’s affecting play. Hopefully next season it refocuses on the main gameplay features so it’s less glitchy, simplify promos and replaces yard with a draft mode of some sort, adds league divisions for lvl, so the top 150 don’t play the rest of the leagues. Playing the top 150 leagues isn’t fun for either of the leagues. Just give them their own division and allow the other leagues to play into that division if their record warrants it.
I may be way off base and this game is doing super well and everyone else is loving it, but based off the feedback from everyone I play with and my own experience, it’s way to glitchy, complicated and out of touch with what the core customer enjoys about the game.
