Madden Mobile . . . Auction Failure

Won auction today, but auction posted error message. Lost 21,000 in coins and the player I won. A 90 PR appeared on my bench, but when I tried to put him in my lineup the server rebooted and I lost the player and the coins. How do I get one or the other back?

Tonight I lost a 96 Demarco Murray
Aswell as a 97 Justin tucker with I was auctioning and now I'm quite upset.Please fix and give my players back

Bid on a player, the status went to pending, but I never got my player and lost the coins. Tech support chat is 45 minute wait! Ridiculous. Moving on to a new game.

I had a 96 OG team of the year Clint BOLING and it had sold for like 1.8m I never got any money and the player is gone, I also had former cards lost through the auction house.

Tonight I bid over 100k on Decastro. I thought I had won the player but I guess I was wrong and to top it all off I never got my coins back. I love this game but this really sucks. Is there any way to report this and possibly get my coins back or the player or am I just SOL.

Just logged back in. It had been a couple hours since I had the problem with the auction. I received my player that I bid on. What or whoever fixed the problem thank you!!!
