Madden Mobile Auction house Item up for auction then disappearing

Question

So i did the super bowl MVP set today, spent about 350k on it, i got the collectable and put it up for auction for a bid price of 99999998 and a buy now of 999999999. I checked to see if it sold about every 30 min, (i put it up for 4 hours) and after checking 5 times (2 hours 30 min), it disappeared, and i didnt get any message from the auction house. Please help!

Same here bought about 5 of the mvp collectibles by sniping them then put them up for about 3 mil. Then when the time ran out it said they expired but all but 2 disappeared. I don't know what's going on.

You have to contact ea advisor, which will send your cases to their studio team, which won't investigate it and won't give your items back. Lost some items too, but they never gave it back.
