Madden mobile auction house problems!!

I need help!!! I sold a 94 FB, 90 G, 94 TEand 10 silver players. When I got back to the app I couldn't find any of my players I putted up on the auction block. I was confuse and mad. I waited for two ...

    Firstly, apologies for any frustration we have caused with this issue.

    The relevant teams are investigating this issue still and are looking at individual cases.

    Until we have more info to post on this here can I ask players to not contact our Advisors as they are unable to action individual cases.

Same here I had several players and collectibles come up missing the morning of 4/11 and EA help was a joke. I sent them a detailed email including all the things I knew went missing only to be asked to call so I did they then asked me to upload a list of missing items, which I had included in my email, and then call back. Still not fixed and I get a pro pack as apology, what a joke!

    They gave you a pro pack? Anyone else get a pro pack? I sure have not. I gave them all my details as well. Player ID, email, phone number, date and time of incident, as well as items lost and prices listed.
