Madden mobile banned

Can somebody help me with my madden mobile account it says I am banned from the game I don't know what I did wrong! It was working for me last night and this morning now all of this sudden it's under matinence and its says I'm banned can someone help me

Right now they are down fixing a major issue. I would wait till it is back up and running. Once it is and it still says you are banned read the following and go to the link. Only EA will know why.

There are a lot of reasons why this could happen to you. First and foremost did you cheat or glitch? Are you in a league that a teammate did? Are you playing with a solid connection? These seem to be the main reasons.

Its been 2 weeks since Ive been banned. During these two weeks Ive been trying to get in touch with EA but all they do is ignore my questions. Sorry to say but its not worth wasting your time asking you community experience anything.. They'll just copy and paste the same answer over and over again.
I've tried contacting lets_talk@ea.com but they havent answered at all. Meanwhile I tell the community exprience that they arent replying, they keep telling me that you should contact them.

I havent received any mail explaining why I have been banned.. And meanwhile, I can log on without any problems from other places like work, or other wifis, I cannot log on from my home.

Game is Madden Mobile btw.
