Madden Mobile Bid Glitch

I made a bid for Dez Bryant for 80 k and i decided to quit trying but i noticed i didnt get my money back. I waited an hour and thought it was only lag but i still have not got it back since

    Report the incident to: http://help.ea.com and provide the following info:

    1. Account Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Date and Time the incident happened.
    4. Incident event (step by step action on how you lose your coin)
    5. Screenshot (in case you captured it).

    And last...
    6. A LOT OF PATIENCE. :D

I also had this problem lost about 96,000 coins on an elite lesean McCoy. Auction house glitched with 2 seconds left and said I couldn't go into the auction house. When I finally was allowed back in my money was gone and there was no McCoy. Took forever to save up that much. I'm out the 96k now and still have no lesean McCoy. Anybody know of a way to contact EA to see if they can resolve this?

    Madden mobile doesn't appear to be an option at that link.

      Two days ago lost almost 800,000 coins. EA Sports responded that they'd received my issue but nothing since, and twice I've signed up for live chat, waited the 90 minutes for someone to come online and I'm still waiting

        I bid 19k for the 93 overall Keenan Allen...coins were deducted and no player added. Help please
