Lost blitz items and completed Sean Taylor but didn't get collectable. What's going on here, this is already the 5th time contacting with issues.

AHQ isn't really monitored by EA staff I have noticed.
Contact EA Live help with more information and Screenshots.

Just suck it up and move on. Contacting EA help is utterly worthless as the only thing they can do is escalate your issue to an advisor, maybe. The only thing an advisor will do is to tell you to * off.

Same exact thing. I lost a ton of Blitz tickets I spent a lot of coins on, PLUS I didn't receive my Sean Taylor collectible.
