Madden Mobile can't create a league

I can't create a league and I'm the max level, level 50! It says you have to be level 5 to access the create a league option, but it's still not there yet for me. I've tried deleting the gane and re-p...

But I don't want to join someone else's league I wanted to make a league so me and my friend could join it

Or do you mean join a league leave then try to make one again

    I finally got a league but I used another account to do it and when I try to promote myself it says Barcelona0423 is not eligible for commissioner
