Unfortunately at the beginning off the game you might have put an age that they consider a "child" so you cannot make a league, participate in league chat, or be promoted. I have had the same problem myself but then I figured it out. I'm not 100% sure what is the age they consider and adult but I think it is 18. Hope this helped and I hope they take this stupid restriction away from the game!

Unfortunately you cant change your age but you can create another account by going to "live events" and click the "dots" in the top right corner then click "log out" then create a new account with eaither facebook google plus or game center.
