Madden Mobile can't create a league

The answer to this is.... When you first start your madden mobile team it asks for your age and what you want your name to be. So if you put below 13 or 18, madden mobile doesn't think you can run a league. Therefore try making your age higher than 18. (Age is not used for anything else)
