MADDEN MOBILE CRASHING

In madden mobile, when i try to open my free fear pack the app crashes. ive tried reinstalling the app, restarting my ipad, and closing the app. None work. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

    The Dev Team is aware of this crashing issue and are working hard to get it resolved.

    Do let us know if changing your Facebook profile picture has any effect on this issue.

    Please post the following details to help us get this fixed as soon as possible:

    • Device name
    • OS name and version
    • Your country

I had an 81 overall team and my app wouldn't open at all. I had to delete it and reinstall it. Im so mad because I had a great team. I want my players back

If you uninstall then reinstall you shouldnt lose any of your team, trophies, data etc etc

    I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it would not let me in until I logged in with facebook than the same thing. Crash. If you guys have bought any coins throw the App Store you can go back to your purchases and reqest a refund. I got 6 refunds. If enough people request a refund maybe the will force EA to do something. Just a thought
