MADDEN MOBILE CRASHING

In madden mobile, when i try to open my free fear pack the app crashes. ive tried reinstalling the app, restarting my ipad, and closing the app. None work. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do let us know if changing your Facebook profile picture has any effect on this issue.

    I have had enough of my games crashing in seconds and now, Madden Mobile is another problem. EA Sports, you need to do a better job while fixing your game. I have been experiencing this issue for two weeks! I think everyone stands with me when I say "NO MORE CRASHES!"

    Never crashed before now can't even start game and I have a lot of coins interesting, I have coins and packs dissaper b4 and contacted EA I was always put on hold and lefted on hold four times waiting for a supposed in game team. Five hours in total waited no resolve. Now I can't even log in crashs in loading. I am fed up with EA. I used to support your company but with the worst customer support I have ever know and now a crashing game. I have a Moto G, 2 months old no issues Android. 4.4.4 Florida.
