Madden Mobile Initialization Error

I had been using madden mobile for 6 months and have run into an initialization error for the past 3 days. I am not connected to Facebook and all other apps are unaffected. I have restarted my app and device several times with no improvement. How do I fix this?

I had the same thing happen to me. I fixed it by deleting the ap and re-downloading it. As long as you are linked to a Facebook account you will not lose any of your progress. If you are not connected to Facebook tho you will lose your progress.

EA when do you believe this initializing error be rectified?

Come on EA this is ridiculous....when will the initialization error be fixed. It's been exactly 4 weeks since I have not been able to use the account!!! I am not connected to a Facebook account and don't want one. I want to play madden on my phone is that too much to ask?

Yes I installed the update & yes I completely shut down....and zip, nada, zilch

Have you gotten any feedback from these knuckleheads at EA on this issue other than reinstalling?
