Community Admin@HarryBalls67 Does anything happen at all when you tap on the chest? It should start the timer, and give the option to solicit help from your league.
I am having the exact same issue. Restarting the device did not fix this problem. When you click on the chest nothing happens. Will NOT allow me to go back and do the previous steps either.
I forced stop the app and restarted my device and after a few minutes, I was able to have the pop up show. I am on Stage 5 now
I tried all that and mine still doesn’t work. It’s been two weeks since the problem
I’m still having this problem and it’s November...
I actually found a way around it that worked for me at least. It was by accident, but it worked.
Try this.
1. Get to the screen where you would collect the reward that you are unable to collect.
2. Exit the app without closing it down. So just hit the center button or whatever.
3. Wait a sec and then reenter the app through the one screen where you see all the apps you have used, but haven't closed down yet. (This screen you get to by double tapping the home button or swiping up, depending on you device).
It should be collectable after that.
Just let me know if this works for you like it did for me. Sorry if this is confusing. It's actually really easy.
Nothing happens
So I have been stuck on the Juju Smith-Schuster master series stage 7 lock since the beginning of the game when it got released. I can’t ask league members to get me to the next stage because when I requested help at the time we only had 6 members at the time and I needed 8. So when the league added new people they never got a master series request from me so I can’t do anything about it. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but I can take a screenshot to show you and see if I can get on the next stage because the keys from the Mahomes campaign won’t transfer to other stages so I’ve had this roadblock now for 2 months now and can’t complete any masters right now. Plus I’m In a new league right now so I can’t get their help either. Please get this fixed.
So I got stucked on both master series (jujus and mahones) there’s no timer or message
Excuse me do you have any way to fix this problem, it seems like this is only happening to a handful of people. Thanks!
