Madden Mobile League Achievements

When a league completes an achievement, does everybody get a reward? Like for the Emmitt Smith achievement?

For the League Achievements, everyone who is a member of the League at the time an Achievement is earned receives the reward. Players can only receive the reward once, so if they've earned it in a different League they cannot re-earn the Achievement.
