Madden Mobile League Tournaments?

It says that this an option whe you go to your league but I do not have access to the League Tournaments.

    League tournaments are only available for madden mobile pro rewards members.

For the madden mobile tournaments, our tournament ended yesterday however it didn't give us our rewards(we won) and it is still on the tournament page with the time as 0:0. It glitched up so can you please tell me how to fix the glitch because now we can't start another tournament.
