Madden Mobile, new phone, all players lost

My son has spent hundreds of dollars on this game, however, his phone was destroyed and now when he loads the game on his new phone, he has lost his entire team.  He did not sign in using facebook, how do we get his team back, HELP PLEASE

    I had a similar thing happen to me too. From my understanding, if your son did not link his madden mobile account to a Facebook account everything may be gone. Months ago the app on my phone literally stopped working so I had to delete it and re download it. Once the app was back on my phone it asked me to enter my Facebook account info. I didn't have Facebook and just like that everything was gone.
