Madden Mobile No Guest account option

I created a whole new gamer account so I got 2 accounts on Google play on the first account is where my Facebook is but I wanted a guest account so I created a second account and once I ran madden mobile pressed start it brought me Facebook login

Once you log in via FB that is the account that is used so as not to lose any game progress.

But some of my league mates have a fb and a guest account
