To lower graphics, head into Settings by clicking the gear icon on the top left of the slide-out menu, then select edit "Preferences". There will be an option for "Quality" that lets you adjust the graphic detail.

Hi there,
I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
If the Google play store does not provide the option for the download of Madden Overdrive, it appears then that the minimum specs of your device are not met by the required specs of the Game.
In Our Pre-Launch EA help Article , it states .......
"You’ll need a device with OGLES 3.0 and 1G RAM to play. That means it will have specs equivalent to the Samsung Galaxy S5 or newer for Google Play devices, or an iPhone 5s or newer for iOS devices. Upgrade your device to join us in the new season."

Unfortunately the Samsung J3 specs are not equivalent to the Samsung S5 and while part of your device features the "OGLES 3.0 and 1G RAM" it seems that the CPU and other components of the device are not fully compatible to support this title.
I'm very sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I hope that this clears it up for you.
