Madden Mobile Not Compatible

I recently carried out a factory reset on my LG G2. I previously had downloaded Madden Mobile 16 on the same device. However, after I reset the phone and tried to download the app again, the Android Market says that my device in incompatible with the app, even though I had in already on my G2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers Barry, I'm not using any custom firmware, I've no idea what I did but I managed to re-install the app somehow so problem solved, appreciate the quick reply

    Hi Im a new user but on Madden Mobile i had the same exact issue. WELL...i have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and i went to the settings. Afterwards i went to the sound settings and checked the Haptic Feedback, Mono Sound, Dialing Keypad Tone, and finally the touch sound. After going through all these steps i went to the google play store and went to Madden Mobile. It didn't show the message anymore so i downloaded it and now it works.
