Madden mobile not letting me purchase in app

whenever i open the madden mobile app a message pops up saying "Sign into Itunes Store. if you have an Apple ID, Sign in with it here. [Environment: Sandbox] " then it says cancel or buy, i click buy...

Try signing in first, before you open the App. so that when you go to make the purchase you are already signed in.

I have tried all things including deleting the game and going back into it. I am trying to make an in-app purchase for the new top 100 pass and I have tried using it for anything else and it does not work. When trying to make a purchase using Play store credit that I bought today I get an error code from the Play store and it is OR-HDT-16. I had no idea what to do from this point on The only reason I got it was for the new premium pass.
