Worry no more. I figure it out and tried it out. You gotta achieve the "Pro" status. There are different statuses, for example, I'm only a "Rookie III" so far. I have done additional research and found out how to get this "Pro" status:
- Play more Head-To-Head games,
- By doing that you will increase the amount of your fans, which will determine your status.
- The more the fans the higher your status.

Yeah I'm pro ll, and I can play live events for madden mobile rewards, and I still don't have the collectible
