Madden Mobile Rewards Issue

Hello, everyone. I'm hoping someone can answer this question. I received Pro-Rewards membership status three weeks ago after purchasing a $99.99 Madden Cash product. I was promised the weekly live event, VIP messages, "and more!" which are the packs and free madden cash. I've only received the weekly Live Events and my ONLY free pack was the ONE Legendary Pack that you get when you first become a member on any tier. I don't know if I am not getting all of the features because I am a Tier-One Rewards member or something. If anyone is All-Pro or All-Pro 2, can you please tell me if you are or were experiencing the same issue and/or how you fixed it? I've already spoken with EA Specialists, but they had no information on the subject.
