Madden Mobile Took my money but i received no madden cash 2x now

I purchased an undisclosed sum of madden cash, it said you can now enjoy your purchase, but the money was never deposited. I have spent Hundreds of dollards on madden mobile and this is the second time this has happened to me now, Not only do i DEMAND A REFUND I DEMAND I GET COMPENSATED FOR HAVING TO POST THIS. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE EA AND DEDICATE MORE CAPITAL FOR TECH SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROGRAMMING.

You need to call EA. Last year I spent $200 on madden 15, on console. My account was hacked and I lost all of my things. I called EA and after talking to 7 different costumer service people over a span of 3 months I demanded to speak to a supervisor and thy gave me 450k. Good luck
