Madden mobile Unknown error

I have started the game and under the tutorial the game wants that I upgrade my team.  I have clicked on it in the main menu, and on the next step the game wants me to click on the left card. The game talks about coins but it looks like to me it is cost real money. Anyway when I click on it I get an 'unknown error' message and i get back to the main menu. I have tried to reinstall but it didnt help. I think if somehow I can delete my game history it would help, but I dont know how. Any help? Thanks
