Madden Mobile-won't load
My madden 15 mobile for iPhone won't load. It takes me to the home page and times out after two seconds. I've already restarted my phone. Thanks

I got in contact whit them last night and they said not to delete and reinstall or you most likely will lose everything in your team. So I ham waiting.

Any update for us? Now both me and my son (me on iphone 6 iOS9.0.2, and my son on iphone 4 iOS9.0.2) have the not-loading issue. Mine has never worked since yesterday morning, his worked in the morning and who knows what happened but it stopped working last nigth around 8pm ET.
What gives? We will NOT delete and reinstall the app and lose all of our progress so far this season... do you have a fix yet? ETA?
Too bad my league is now dead in the water also. And I'm missing out on BCA events.
Your users are extremely frustrated, and the way to overcome that is with communication. Please use it!

There are updates server side and on the client end (requiring an App update) incoming which will address some issues.
Until those updates occur we advise users who have connected the game via Facebook to uninstall and reinstall the game.
Users who are playing on a guest account (not connected via Facebook) are not advised to uninstall/reinstall as this will cause a loss of data/progress.
Guest account users are advised to check for App updates in the coming days and to update when available.

- Barry, I'm wondering if any updates will process because Madden generally updates every morning and none have come through since I froze up on Monday (9/5).
- Froze up on Monday 10/5 not 9/5. Wondering if updates will go through since the app won't even open?
- Still no app update, when is this issue expected to be fixed for guest account users who do not want to lose their current progress. It has been 6 days already and almost going to miss the team of the week opportunity!
