Madden Mobile-won't load
My madden 15 mobile for iPhone won't load. It takes me to the home page and times out after two seconds. I've already restarted my phone. Thanks

On my android tablet the game won't load. I don't have a Facebook so I can't uninstall the game and reinstall to fix the problem. I'm not sure what to do. I contacted EA once and did not receive any worthwhile help other than basically telling me "Bummer for you." I am waiting on the next app update to hopefully fix the problem. Not sure what else I can do.
Similar issue on my iPhone 6, however I followed the troubleshooting steps and nothing fixed it. Hopefully EA releases an update soon.
