Madden Mobile-won't load
My madden 15 mobile for iPhone won't load. It takes me to the home page and times out after two seconds. I've already restarted my phone. Thanks

This is also happening to me. The EA logo appears then completely crashes the app leaving me back at my iPad home screen.
I am using iPad 4th Gen with iOS 9.0.2
Can you please help?
Also, I don't use Facebook so I haven't been logging in through Facebook. I log in as guest.
Hope I can still keep my team & progress.
@EA_Barry can you please help me? I posted this issue about Madden Mobile crashing & I still haven't received a response. I just updated Madden yesterday but nothing has improved. It still crashes on start up. Can you please respond with an ETA, solutions, or anything that will be helpful.
I am using iPad 4th Gen iOS 9.0.2 & I am in Australia.
Hope a solution comes quick, I miss playing Madden.

@Smacked1 and any iOS user seeing this happen.
1) Make sure your MM is linked to your Facebook account (or Game Center) to retain progress:
2) Then uninstall and reinstall. See this link to reset your Apple ID authorization and/or if you have multiple Apple accounts:

3) Check your email (including your spam folder) for any notification you may have received from our Terms of Service team.
what if your game isn't Facebook linked? And now you can't get in t link it. What do you do?
