Madden Mobile-won't load

Same here.  Come on EA, get your act together.  Your trouble shooting info says:

"If I delete the game from my device will my progress be saved?
Yes! Your progress is saved throughout normal play. If you need to delete the game, your progress will be continued where you left off once you re-install the game."

However, there are tons of posts to the contrary.  I now have my account linked to Facebook, but I'm still too stressed to try reinstalling.  I even waited an hour to talk to a representative in chat the last time this happened and they insisted they were 100% sure that I wouldn't lose my team and progress if I reinstalled, despite me repeatedly telling them that I wasn't linked to Facebook at the time.  I kept asking and clarifying, until the rep said not to reinstall and just wait for an update because if you aren't linked to Facebook all of your data is saved on your device.

Could you please at least push out an update for all of us that are affected, so we can get back to our Madden addiction?

Btw this connection time out only happens on my data plan. I connect fine through wifi. I would not be surprisedif they increased the necessary bandwidth in the last patch. And also you wont lose your game if you are connected via facebook.  Peace

Both times this has happened to me, it fixed itself within a day.  I assume it was fixed by a content update.  Bottom line is that I'd suggest just being patient, rather than risk losing data to a reinstall.

Same deal, reinstalled once started from the bottom again and have effectively bought and played my way to a second decent team only to have the same problem and still no solution. Sort it out would ya EA. Another disgruntled Madden lover.
