My madden 15 mobile for iPhone won't load. It takes me to the home page and times out after two seconds. I've already restarted my phone.Thanks

This is now the third time I've posted on this without any result. I've spent a ton on this app already and I figured that someone would answer but i guess not.My app wont load. i close out the app, Ive restarted my phone tons of times....please help. This is ridiculous if you dont respond. And please dont tell me to battery cycle.

Hi Barry,I am playing Madden Nfl Mobile on Android I lost around 200K in auction glitches, but over top of it I currently am unable to open it. It just shows the homescreen.I have spent lots of time, money and built a great team.I am afraid to lose that progress if I delete and reinstall the app.I am not connected via facebook too.Please help me in making the game work.Waiting for your reply.Regards,Rocky

my madden mobile app is stuck loading on kicking off. i have updated to the latest version and i have reset my phone several times. i also deleted and redownloaded the app and it is still frozen. what is wrong with it?

The game has worked great for 2 weeks and I've spent good $ on packs and built up my team. Now when I open app it runs for a second (loading screen) and then crashes! I've turned phone off and on and nothing fixes it! Help!!!! Big_Chris is my game s/n

Yea I got my packs and did a few things and it crashed and now I'm stuck on "scouting new players"

If you have your game logged in with Facebook then you can delete and redownload madden mobile and it should work just fine. You will get your same team back as long as you use the same Facebook account.

My Madden Mobile was working fine on yesterday but went to play it on this morning and it continues to say scouting New players. Why won't it load and when is the auction going to be repaired great game but the small problems are a major headache to gamers.

Have you had any feedback? I just lost my team for the 2nd time I'm thinking... The Muthead forum suggested I remove and reinstate the app. Lost all and as I don't have Facebook I had to restart. Have a cracking team and invested much time... Not happy EA

I am having same issues after just updating app. I dont want to delete and reinstall as I will lose my guest accounts. I have spent a LOT of money with EA and this is unacceptable. Anyone figure this out???
