My madden 15 mobile for iPhone won't load. It takes me to the home page and times out after two seconds. I've already restarted my phone.Thanks

This is now the third time I've posted on this without any result. I've spent a ton on this app already and I figured that someone would answer but i guess not.My app wont load. i close out the app, Ive restarted my phone tons of times....please help. This is ridiculous if you dont respond. And please dont tell me to battery cycle.

Hi Barry,I am playing Madden Nfl Mobile on Android I lost around 200K in auction glitches, but over top of it I currently am unable to open it. It just shows the homescreen.I have spent lots of time, money and built a great team.I am afraid to lose that progress if I delete and reinstall the app.I am not connected via facebook too.Please help me in making the game work.Waiting for your reply.Regards,Rocky

my madden mobile app is stuck loading on kicking off. i have updated to the latest version and i have reset my phone several times. i also deleted and redownloaded the app and it is still frozen. what is wrong with it?

The game has worked great for 2 weeks and I've spent good $ on packs and built up my team. Now when I open app it runs for a second (loading screen) and then crashes! I've turned phone off and on and nothing fixes it! Help!!!! Big_Chris is my game s/n

Yea same here! I closed out the app, restarted my device, nothing worked... so upset. Yea I'm in a league too and its a good thing my friend is in it or i probably would have been kicked lol

I have been trying to load my madden mobile app for the past 2 days and it is stuck on the loading screen it says "kicking off" under the loading bar. I've tried on my full LTE service as well as wifi nothing works.

Same loads all the way then gets stuck at kickoff. Can't delete cause not signed into Facebook and have an 84overall team.

Barry, should we give up on this or is there actually going to be a fix for the game not loading? By now I'm probably kicked out of league, lost all my fans in H2H and am way behind the top players. Not a good formula for developing satisfied customers.

Same issue for me.
I have an ipad mini running ios 9.0.2. It stops at kicking off.
Reinstalled the app. Same issue.
Installed it on my iphone 6 running the same version. works like a charn (logging in with the same Facebook account on both of them.)
My ipad is the wifi version so can't try cellular. I have tried different wifi networks and it does not make a difference. But I have turned off cellular on my iphone, running it on wifi only and that works without a problem.
Waiting for the game to be patched before I get kicked from my league and the BCA period to end.

I have the same problem. It stops at kicking off. I reinstalled. I let it load for twenty minutes the other day and it stayed on kicking off. I love this game but it is so damn buggy that it is getting old. I thought the update would have fixed all of these issues.

I have the latest iPhone 5c software update and the latest Madden Mobile update but my game freezes at the title screen when it says "Kicking off...". Anyone have any ideas?
