Madden Mobile-won't load

Like others, I am on iOS 9.0.2, got the Madden Mobile update on 10/19 and am still having issues.  My app still gets stuck on the black EA logo and then bugs out.  

I have the same issue! Why was I forced into this mess? If you are going to force people to update, the least you could do is make it a functional update. I really don't want to lose my progress, as I also do not use Facebook to log into my account. Please do something, EA!

@EA_Barry can you please help me? I posted this issue about Madden Mobile crashing & I still haven't received a response. I just updated Madden yesterday but nothing has improved. It still crashes on start up. Can you please respond with an ETA, solutions, or anything that will be helpful.

I am using iPad 4th Gen iOS 9.0.2 & I am in Australia.

Hope a solution comes quick, I miss playing Madden.

1) Make sure your MM is linked to your Facebook account (or Game Center) to retain progress:

2) Then uninstall and reinstall. See this link to reset your Apple ID authorization and/or if you have multiple Apple accounts:

3) Check your email (including your spam folder) for any notification you may have received from our Terms of Service team.

what if your game isn't Facebook linked?  And now you can't get in t link it.  What do you do?

What happens when you try to link your game to FB? Please post any error message you may see.

We are still unable to load this game.  My 9-year-old son plays but I've never let him log into Facebook.  Right now, though, we can't even get far enough in to login to Facebook anyway.  When we try to open the game, we get the EA screen for about a second, then it closes and goes back to home screen.  We play on a Kindle Fire.  He doesn't want to delete the game and try to reinstall it because he doesn't want to lose his teams/progress.

Any help?

If the game is not linked to FB and the save is corrupt and causing the game to crash then reinstalling(and losing progress) is the only way to continue playing.
