Madden Mobile-won't load

I've been having the same problem forever, I have an Iphone 5s and the game is fully updated. Every month or so when I visit the app store, I'll check ti see if the game works and i'll redownload it but it never works. This is a really simple bug that can easily be fixed and it is having a massive negative impact on the madden mobile community. I honestly don't get why it hasn't STILL been fixed after almost half a year.

I have an IPad completely updated to iOS updates. My madden loads the bar and goes no further. I have no idea how to fix it and it's been going on for at least a month.
