Madden Mobile

Please help get my 82 overall team back I was on my 11th season, my username was ELITEPACKER Ivery worked really hard. I just got a new phone, downloaded the game, entered my email and connected it to facebook, and it came up with my crappy old acount, how can I get it to my good acount?
