Madden NFL 21 Mobile Competitive Hub Kickoff Tournament

I scored a td on a kick return.  He didnt.  We both got 24.  I lost.  Thats....not how i understand this to go.  Ive played the game a while now.....if you both get 24, whoever had the fastest score , WINS.

Thats a terribly unacceptable NERF situation.

Im tryin to do this tourney thing...but whats the point if the nerfs gonna have me lose when i didnt?

What’s going on with the servers this am? I’m playing the Competitive Hun Arena games and the App crashes starting at 9:30 EST during every game causing me to forfeit when the game hasn’t even initialized or an opponent has been chosen!

I'll relay this up to the team, sorry it happened to you over the weekend. I know you've been experiencing this lately and the team has been receiving those reports. When this happened did you try the basic steps we usually recommend like toggling WiFi off and back on, re-installing the app, clearing the cache, and restart the device? Those might help minimize the damage you're facing, but I can confirm the team is actively looking into this.

Noticed threads in the Madden NFL Mobile subreddit and Discord too, thanks for letting us know! We'll update this thread when we learn about any new findings. 

Hello EA or whoever I am talking to, I scored 6th place in the Verizon 5g tournament and am not able to claim my reward. What do I do?

This came up during game play so I know it wasn’t on my end!

I lost 100 Stamina and tournament end rewards as it affected my final ranking!
