Hey there!

We will update the Tour Key bug main thread when we can confirm our Support team can successfully add the keys to an account. If you haven't submitted a case yet, please do so through our Help site at Help.EA.com or through in-game under Settings>Customer Service/Help. This way they can have a case tracked for you to add them when it becomes available.
