Madden NFL 23 mobile sound issue

Since downloading the game I haven't been able to use the sound in game or main home screen nothing. Well the other day my brother downloaded on his iPhone and he had sound I've done about everything...

Same issue but on my iPad. I hear ads but not the game.

    Did you ever find out how to make the sound work on your cell phone or laptop while playing Madden 24? I’m having that problem with my dell laptop and iPhone 11. Any suggestions? If so, do you want to call me in? Let me know? 602-413-0680.Adrien
