Why aren't ALL the training pts. retained from pass to pass. When the pre-season ended and kick-off begain, my team dropped 200-some-odd pts.? What the hell?

This is a new one for a free to play user since 2014. I can’t actually build a Mythic in Back to the Gridiron 😡I have one 118 Iconic TJ Watt but as pictured, apparently I can only make 1of1. It takes two to make a Mythic plus other parts. I’ve collected the parts but just figured out I can’t build the card that is next inline for the upgrade. Please tell me this is a glitch and you’re not capping what free to play users can do in the game!
